请确保你的环境已经满足以下条件：
1、使用IIS7.0+。
2、“添加删除程序”中的“Turn Windows features on or off”中，已经启用了：Windows Communication Foundation Non-HTTP Activation选项。
3、在IIS中网站对应的应用程序池中，将application poll设为“ASP.NET v4.0”，并启用“net.tcp protocol”：在“Enabled Protocols”的值设为“http,net.tcp”。
4、在IIS对网站的绑定设置中，添加net.tcp协议，并为之添加4502 – 4534范围的端口号：“4502:*”。
